First Look: Hawke Optics Endurance Reflex Sight

by Braxton Taylor

Hawke Optics is coming out with its new Endurance Reflex sight. This slimline reflex red dot sight built for accuracy and durability, in an ultra-compact and lightweight package. The Endurance Reflex can switch between multiple reticles at the press of a button and users can choose between a 3-MOA dot, 30-MOA circle and a circle plus reticle. A 10-stage digital brightness control includes two night-vision compatible settings for enhanced flexibility, making this useful for hunting, target, and tactical shooting situations.

The Endurance Reflex sights use the RMSc footprint for direct mounting to slimline pistols. The sight also includes a removable Weaver/Picatinny base for to create a compact aiming solution on rifles and and shotguns, giving you the ability to mount the Endurance Reflex sight on virtually any firearm you own. In addition to this, the Endurance Reflex sight is available with either a green or red reticle.

The Endurance Reflex uses Hawke’s A.I.M. (Auto Illumination Mode) programming that conserves battery power by putting the sight into standby mode when no movement is detected for five minutes. The sight then automatically powers on immediately when it senses movement. Paired with a high efficiency LED emitter, Endurance Reflex sights can run at a daylight-bright setting for several years on a single battery.
