First Shots: Rossi RM64 Revolver

by Braxton Taylor

The Rossi RM64 was created to provide a balance between concealability and shootability. Medium frame revolvers chambered in .357 Magnum with 4 inch barrels are widely regarded by experts as an optimal choice for a revolver that does a little bit of everything well. A revolver this size can be carried concealed or used for hunting, home defense or one of the many shooting competitions with revolver-friendly divisions. The RM64 features the same match-grade trigger as the other Rossi revolvers, and the same adjustable sights as the RM66. With a 4-inch barrel and six rounds of 357 Mag., the RM64 balances firepower, accuracy and capacity, with the adjustable target sights provide a fast yet accurate sight picture.
