CrossBreed Holsters has recently unveiled the new CrossBreed LightGuard holster, an IWB (inside-the-waistband) concealment holster that accommodates pistols with tactical lights built on CrossBreed’s Multi Flex platform.
Crossbreed LightGuard holsters are of hybrid construction. They combine a precision-molded, modular Kydex lower shell with an injection-molded piece that specifically secures the pistol. There are numerous fits available for specific makes and models of defensive handguns. By combining the Kydex lower shell with the injection-molded polymer upper shell, users are able to easily swap the light-specific part of the holster without needing to replace the entire unit. This ensures that carriers aren’t locked into a specific make and model of tactical light. Both portions of the CrossBreed holster are joined together via a series of screws.
The CrossBreed LightGuard holster’s shape and profile also support AIWB (appendix inside the waistband) carry, given that pistols can sit inside the holster with no cant. LightGuards come with a single, wide belt clip. These new holsters are also designed to support pistols with slide-mounted, electronic sights along with taller back-up iron sights.
