GRITR has just unveiled a new product line of precision engineered red-dot sight optics mounting plates to fit several makes and models of popular striker fired carry and duty guns including the Walther PDP family, the Glock MOS, the slimline Glock MOS, the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield and the Springfield Armory Hellcat series.

GRITR’s plates are manufactured from resistant 6061 series aluminum and hardened with Type III hardcoat anodizing. They’re also engineered to provide extremely tight tolerances for purposes of durability and repeatability given how holding a mounting optic to a violently reciprocating slide is no small engineering feat.

Walther PDP 2.0 Optic Plates

Available optic fits:

  • Holosun K-Series (EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, 507K)
  • Leupold DeltaPoint Pro/Vortex
  • Aimpoint ACRO/Steiner MPS

Glock Full Size MOS Plates

  • Fits Aimpoint ACRO, Steiner MPS
  • Sits directly over Glock MOS factory slide cut
  • Compatible with all full-size Glock MOS cuts

Glock Slimline MOS/Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plates

  • Fits Holosun K-Series (EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, 507K)
  • Compatible with Glock 43X MOS and Glock 48 MOS, Smith & Wesson M&P Shield, Smith & Wesson Shield Plus

Springfield Armory Hellcat Plates

  • Fits Holosun K-Series (EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, 507K)
  • Compatible with Springfield Armory’s Hellcat and Hellcat Pro factory optics cut

When mounting red-dot optics to most handgun slides that come optics-ready from the factory, optics-mounting plates are a necessary intermediary part that facilitates the connection between each make and model’s native slide cut and the footprint for your specific optic. Prices and materials vary, but all of GRITR’s offerings are made from sturdy aluminum and are priced between $30 to $60, making them extremely affordable.
