Modular Driven Technologies, better known as MDT has recently unveiled a couple of new rifle and chassis accessories.

MDT AP Throw Lever Head

The MDT AP Throw Lever Head is a bipod accessory that allows shooters to quickly mount or dismount their A.R.M.S. #17-compatible bipods in one smooth motion. This attachment accessory relies on a quick locking lever that either locks down or releases the head (along with the remainder of the bipod).

This throw lever head works with both Picatinny and Swiss ARCA rail surfaces. Its included lever works in tandem with an adjustment nut in order to allow end users to precisely adjust their desired tension (clamping force) from head to rail surface.

The MDT AP Throw Lever Head is an upgraded system. It represents an improved quick detach solution for A.R.M.S. #17-equipped MDT CKYE-POD GEN2 bipods along with MDT GRND-POD bipods. In fact the new MDT AP Throw Lever Head is the standard interface on MDT’s newer third generation CKYE-POD GEN3 bipod.

MDT AP Throw Lever Head Key Features:

  • Fully blacked-out finish for a streamlined tactical look
  • Textured throw lever for improved grip and identification
  • Adjustable clamping force via a single tension nut
  • Compatible with both ARCA and Picatinny rails using one head
  • Attaches to any ARMS-17 interface
  • Enhanced quick-detach performance for ARMS-17 equipped CKYE-POD GEN2 and GRND-POD.

MDT Elite Bag Rider

Modular Driven Technologies also recently started to ship is new MDT Elite Bag Rider. Made from durable 6061 series aluminum, these bag riders fasten to the bottom of many MDT designed buttstocks, such as the ACC Elite, ACC Premier, STS and Oryx (flat-bottom models). The Elite Bag Rider easily attaches via an M-LOK interface, making it a seamless upgrade for shooters who rely on precision equipment in competition or on the field.
